Late on Friday night, an uncontrolled bike collided with an electric pole on the roadside near Baharampur Chatti in Madhuban police station area of Mau district. In the accident, the bike driver died on the spot, while the two riders were seriously injured. Whose treatment is going on in the district hospital. On the other hand, the police took possession of the dead body and sent it for post-mortem.

According to the information, Adnan (19), son of Arshad, resident of Lohara village of Mubarakpur police station of Azamgarh district, had come to his relative’s place in Lakura village of Madhuvan police station. Late on Friday night at around 11 pm, he was going towards Madhuvan by bike with his relatives Riyaz (19), son of Abid, Asif (16), son of Salauddin. While returning back to the village, he reached near Baharampur Chatti on Madhuban-Dohrighat road when the bike went out of control and collided with the electric pole on the roadside.
Adnan, who was riding a bike because he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, died on the spot due to serious head and chest injuries. While passengers Riyaz and Asif were injured. On receiving the information, Madhuvan police reached the spot and admitted both the injured to the district hospital. Adnan’s body was sent for post-mortem.
